Working for a more human future

Civic Futures Collective is dedicated to fostering foresight in the US public sector. Our mission is to arm our country’s dedicated public servants with the skills, coaching, and community they need to hold the line against harm–and build toward a future of repair.

We aim to share thought leadership, foster connections among public sector professionals, and empower the use of foresight in the US public sector. Our expertise lies in in-person community foresight retreats and consulting and coaching services. We believe in empowering the next generation of public servants and futurists.

For our in-person retreats, we welcome all current and future local, state, and federal government employees as well as those working in social or human service professions. ​
